• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers in the tech industry • Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to the company's products • Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate solutions • Communicate effectively through email, chat, and phone channels • Maintain a high level of product knowledge • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken • Prior experience in customer support or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and technical issues • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet • Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
