Description
• The Director of People is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and talent management at Paxful, Inc. • This individual will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the company's people strategy, ensuring a high-performing and inclusive culture, and driving the development of Paxful's most valuable asset - its people. • Paxful is a people-powered marketplace for moving money from anywhere, to anyone. With over 12 million users across 170+ countries, Paxful offers access to crypto and local currencies using more than 450 payment methods.
Requirements
• Proven record of leadership in HR and people operations for a minimum of 10 years. • Preferred experience in tech, fintech or crypto • Deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. • Experience in developing and implementing people strategies that align with company goals. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels. • Deep experience in compensation benchmarking • Deep experience in equity compensation structures and management platforms such as Carta, Pulley, etc. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Expertise in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive company culture. • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations. • Successful track record leading and developing high-performing HR teams. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
