β€’ The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue growth by generating new business opportunities β€’ Involves identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by nurturing relationships with an emphasis on customer retention. β€’ Should be driven to monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making. β€’ Key responsibilities include lead qualification, sales presentations, sales cycle management, market research, customer feedback, and maintaining professional relationships.

Requirements

β€’ Preferred: Bachelor level or higher college degree β€’ Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a sales role in employment screening, HR services or HR technology industries β€’ Proven and sustained track record of exceeding goals β€’ Exceptional presentation skills, written and verbal skills and strong listening skills β€’ Ability to provide a consultative sale approach β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills to understand the operational/client need and ability to communicate proposed solutions. β€’ Excellent negotiation skills to sustain sales process and win new contracts. β€’ Possess adequate employment services industry and technical knowledge to communicate effectively with a variety of industry groups. β€’ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. β€’ Strong customer focus; commitment to delivering quality solutions and maintaining effective customer relationships. β€’ High drive for both internal and external client satisfaction. β€’ Motivation necessary for achieving or surpassing objectives; passion for improving delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement. β€’ Self-starter/self-motivated; driven to exceed established goals. β€’ Ability and willingness to develop new skills sets required to effectively support continued Sales functions, including mastering of relevant processes and software. β€’ Continued proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs. β€’ Ability to function independently, solve problems and contribute as an effective team member. β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. β€’ Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
