Description

• Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global customers • Take ownership of your accounts • Manage the customer buying journey from beginning to end, providing guidance and expertise • Develop a robust pipeline, team up and engage with your SDR and sales team • Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve • Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued customers • Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement • Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company or start-up • Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees) • Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use • Up to speed on the latest and greatest UK labour laws and legislation • Looking for a hunter with superb closing skills • Go-getter and self-starter mentality • Committed to delivering top-notch customer service • Able to conduct engaging demos in a pre-sales context • Native English speaker • Thrive in a global remote team environment • Located in the UK or any other location, within GMT +/- 1 hour time zone
