Description

• Sell our great Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global customers • Take ownership of accounts • Manage customer buying journey from beginning to end • Develop a robust pipeline and engage with SDR and sales team for optimal results • Refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve • Ensure seamless handover of deals to delivery team post-closure • Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams for continuous improvement • Meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company or start-up • Demonstrated track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees) • Expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use • Up to speed on the latest UK labour laws and legislation • Hunter with superb closing skills • Go-getter and self-starter mentality • Native English speaker • Comfortable conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context • Thrive in a global remote team environment
