Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Retirement professional certifications preferred (AIF, CPFA, C(k)P, QKA, etc.) • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the retirement plan industry, or 7+ years professional experience with retirement plans • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities • Open to considering several territories • Ability to travel within the designated region
