• This is a remote position based in the continental United States. • Are you a visionary sales leader passionate about making a difference in the public sector? • MASA—the nation's only provider of comprehensive coverage for emergency medical transportation—is looking for a dynamic Vice President to lead our Public Sector Sales and Strategy. • This is your opportunity to join a mission-driven company that offers a simple solution to a complex problem, ensuring that government, education, and healthcare employees nationwide have access to critical emergency medical services without the burden of out-of-pocket costs. • You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive market penetration strategy. • This senior leadership position requires a deep understanding of the public sector, strong connections, and a proven track record in driving sales of employee benefits or related solutions. • You will lead the charge in building and developing talent within the firm, establishing and tracking success metrics, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. • Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will ensure the successful implementation of the public sector business plan and cross-functional alignment within MASA. • Over time, you will build and lead a dedicated team to further strengthen the strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • 10+ years in public sector sales and business strategy at the director level or above, with a proven track record in employee benefits or adjacent markets. • Demonstrated experience in building high-performance sales teams and driving business growth. • Strong connections within the SLED sector, leveraging our success with local governments, K-12 schools, and non-profit hospitals. • Deep understanding of the public sector procurement process and a knack for navigating complex sales cycles. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
