📋 Description
• Lead new account implementations, managing 340B program setups and data feeds. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on 340B program optimization and compliance. • Monitor and troubleshoot data feeds, support settlements, and conduct program reviews. • Mentor Account Coordinators and stay updated on industry trends.
🎯 Requirements
• Prior 340B experience is required. • Associate degree preferred; prior Pharmacy Tech experience or equivalent related industry experience. • Completion of 340B University preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams), SQL, and 340B system tools. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
