• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education, communications, or related fields. • In-depth knowledge of 340B regulations and best practices, with a commitment to staying updated on industry changes. • Proven experience developing and delivering impactful training and producing clear documentation. • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and an understanding of SFTP feeds, data acquisition, and proprietary systems is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
