• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs • Ensure compliance and maintain accurate employee records • Communicate with stakeholders and handle benefits enrollment • Track statutory obligations and payroll instructions • Conduct HR system audits and facilitate employee orientations
🎯 Requirements
• Comfortable with data entry and file management • Combine speed and accuracy in logging data • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills • Have timekeeping experience or knowledge (a plus) • Experienced with Jeonsoft Payroll System (an advantage) • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • Have practical experience in Human Resources • Demonstrate proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook • Possess exceptional interpersonal skills • Uphold confidentiality standards • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail • Exhibit empathy, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor • Possess strong organizational skills • Display honesty, integrity, and reliability
