• We are musicians, athletes, coaches and teachers who truly believe in our mission to help people achieve their best. • Our software platforms connect performers, instructors and creators enabling them to publish, teach and train using the principles of deliberate practice. • Company develops software for coaches and athletes to track, analyze and plan endurance training. • Business Development Representative responsible for growing Music Brands. • Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, sourcing new prospects, and supporting the business development team with various administrative responsibilities. • Seeking candidates who are resourceful and curious, and value collaboration among team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior sales experience, preferably managing a sales pipeline in B2B SaaS. • Understanding of EdTech and Music EdTech • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to display a sense of urgency and priority within your work. • Excellent probing and listening skills with the ability to assess a prospect’s ‘fit’. • Previous experience balancing working independently with minimal supervision and working collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong organizational skills. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing position • Experience with HubSpot • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
