β€’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for managed services, digital transformation, and automation solutions. β€’ Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their IT needs, challenges, and objectives. β€’ Position our suite of managed services offerings, including Help Desk support, Infrastructure Management, Security, and Digital Transformation solutions, as value-added solutions that address client pain points and deliver tangible business outcomes. β€’ Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the benefits and ROI of our services, leveraging case studies, testimonials, and industry best practices. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, engineers, and project managers, to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and market trends. β€’ Leverage offshore and nearshore options to optimize service delivery and provide cost-effective solutions to clients. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. β€’ Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings. β€’ Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Preferred not mandatory) β€’ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on selling managed services, digital transformation, and automation solutions. β€’ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. β€’ Strong understanding of IT managed services, including Help Desk support, Infrastructure Management, Security, and Digital Transformation. β€’ Familiarity with offshore and nearshore options for service delivery, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. β€’ Experience in selling complex solutions and navigating long sales cycles. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and close deals. β€’ Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding client expectations. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
