β€’ Lead day-to-day support for Sales team β€’ Execute reporting and analysis for insights β€’ Manage a lean team for Growth Operations activities β€’ Collect provider submission list and sales funnel data β€’ Oversee CRM administration for Growth team β€’ Drive execution of novel projects and process improvements β€’ Recommend investments for Growth objectives β€’ Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing β€’ Collaborate with Growth Solutions for processes and materials β€’ Support Chief Growth Officer on special situations for revenue β€’ Contribute to Target Market Selection analysis β€’ Define Ideal Customer Profile in partnership with teams β€’ Learn from colleagues and maintain consistency

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience β€’ 4+ years experience in Operations Leadership position or related field β€’ 2+ years experience supporting Growth teams in a Growth Operations-focused role β€’ Demonstrated history of leadership through influence β€’ Experience overseeing CRM or database management tech platform β€’ Ownership mentality β€’ Low ego / team collaborator β€’ Very high attention to detail β€’ Ability to project manage initiatives from beginning to end β€’ Highly analytical and passion for data-driven problem-solving β€’ High aptitude for building and optimizing efficient and scalable processes and systems β€’ Passion for improving and optimizing resources and relationships β€’ Excellent and proactive communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills β€’ Ability to work quickly and change priorities gracefully β€’ Internal client service model
