Requirements

• Experience & Background: • 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, account management, or customer success roles, ideally within SaaS, AI, or tech-focused companies. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp and explain complex AI solutions. • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. • Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting. • Skills: • Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive, client-focused mindset. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot client issues. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to lead client training sessions and educate clients on product features and functionalities. • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously. • Strong English written and verbal communication skills for handling customer inquiries. • Nice to have: • Experience in AI or advanced analytics fields. • Ability to collaborate closely with sales and product teams to provide feedback on client experiences and platform improvements.
