Requirements

• Must Have: • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Experience using Slack and Intercom (highly valuable). • Technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems. • Confidence and professionalism when conducting video calls with users. • Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously. • A curious mindset with a drive to continually learn and improve. • Nice to Have: • Prior experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role. • Familiarity with SaaS products and basic technical workflows.
