Description

• Discovery Calls: Identifying sales prospects • Schedule 15-30 minute Discovery "Project Idea" calls with companies. • Conduct Discovery calls, including a 3-5 minute demonstration and Q&A session. • Client Follow-Up: Assist companies in formulating a "2-3 sentence project idea" during these calls. • Share SOC Marketplace Resources/Templates to aid in project idea development. • Follow up with companies post-call, driving deals to close • Sales Support: Identify and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline. • Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress with prospective clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators. • Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Experience working with HR professionals, recruiters, or hiring managers is preferred
