β’ Reporting to the CFO, unify operations, systems, and data to support revenue teams. β’ Design strategy, manage technology infrastructure, and enhance analytics across various functions. β’ Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, planning, GTM process improvement, systems enablement, and training. β’ Align and empower GTM teams with improved strategy, processes, analytics, and tools. β’ Develop and monitor a centralized dashboard for KPI measurement. β’ Support and refine the GTM strategy based on market trends and data analysis. β’ Collaborate with Sales, BD, CS, Marketing, and stakeholders for insight sharing and visibility. β’ Ensure accurate tracking of key metrics and data integrity. β’ Own revenue capacity modeling including sales forecasting, lead conversions, and compensation planning.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. β’ 10+ years in revenue operations, sales, marketing, or related fields. β’ 5+ years of leadership experience; comfortable interacting with all organizational levels. β’ Strong expertise in Salesforce and other CRM tools and proficiency in BI platforms (e.g., Qlik). β’ Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align operations and extract maximum value from data systems. β’ Strategic and analytical thinking with a deep understanding of data analysis. β’ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical problem solving, and presentation skills. β’ Strong project management and detail-oriented approach. β’ Highly adaptable, motivated, and excels in a fast-paced environment. β’ Leverage AI technology to enhance revenue operations by utilizing advanced data analysis, generating actionable insights, and optimizing analytics.
