Description

• The Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will drive TradeCentric’s revenue growth and operational efficiency. • Establish and lead the RevOps function, reporting directly to the CFO. • Collaborate with VP Sales, VP Marketing and VP Customer Success. • Enable the go-to-market strategy through accurate reporting, data-driven insights, and streamlined processes. • Build scalable systems and align revenue-focused teams to achieve strategic business objectives. • Develop and lead quarterly forecasting processes and serve as the Salesforce architect. • Design and implement transparent commission structures in collaboration with marketing, sales and customer success leadership. • Partner to analyze pipeline performance and identify growth opportunities. • Lead the implementation of a Business Intelligence (BI) tool for improved decision-making. • Establish performance metrics for go-to-market teams and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or another quantitative field • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics and subscription-based business models • Proven track record of enabling revenue growth through analytics, process improvement, and technology • Familiarity with designing commission structures and incentive plans • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including configuration and reporting • Hands-on experience implementing and managing BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Exceptional knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data extraction, manipulation, analysis and visualization • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing and presenting board-level reports
