📋 Description
• The Managing Director will lead the creation and execution of our strategy for under-prioritized spirits brands. • This role oversees the PRUSA RTD business and team, driving growth, enhancing distributor relationships, and expanding market opportunities. • The role is highly complex, requiring collaboration across multiple distributors and product categories while effectively navigating the PRUSA organization. • Success in this role demands strong relationship-building skills, engaging with distributor partners at the C-suite and ownership levels.
🎯 Requirements
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: 15+ years in the spirits or alcohol industry. • Leadership & Strategy: 8+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., VP or GM) with experience managing a P&L at scale. • Distributor & Retailer Relations: Ability to build and maintain high-impact relationships with major distributors. • Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Proven success in expanding markets and driving revenue growth. • Team Leadership: Experience leading high-performance teams, focusing on talent development, rotational opportunities, and fostering a culture of accountability and inclusivity.
