• Lead a team of medical economists, data analysts, and data scientists. • Oversee data-driven evaluations of healthcare claims and cost trends. • Establish clear goals and workflows for accurate analyses. • Foster collaboration between data teams and clinical leadership. • Champion best practices in healthcare analytics and data visualization. • Implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to optimize outcomes. • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance with regulations. • Provide insights for senior leadership and clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Statistics, Health Economics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or analytic roles. • 2+ years of leadership experience in managing teams of analysts or economists. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and modeling. • Experience with BI tools for data visualization. • Knowledge of risk adjustment models and healthcare claims analytics. • Knowledge of care-based models and population health analytics. • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic decision-making skills. • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
