Description

• Support the Central Territory by aligning workforce to business strategies. • Foster collaboration across departments and ensure implementation of HR solutions. • Create a culture that resolves conflicts quickly and addresses underlying issues. • Research and address organizational effectiveness issues. • Evaluate organization vision and conduct assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and ten years progressively responsible related experience is required or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. • PHR or SPHR certification preferred. • Partner must be a strategic thought leader with a history of implementing successful programs across complex organizations. • Must demonstrate organizational credibility, business partnering, and decisive execution. • Advanced ability to respond quickly to new opportunities and challenges by effectively engaging the organization. • Advanced knowledge of key human resource functions, processes, and organizational culture. • Ability to research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions. • Strong conceptual and process thinking abilities with an understanding of complex relationships. • Well-developed talent to turn concepts into action and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. • Success in conducting comprehensive needs analyses and implementing change models.
