Description

• Reporting to the Director of Operations and Business Development, the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible to provide ongoing support to member pharmacies in Alberta. • The ROM is a unique blend of Retail Specialist and Business Consultant and will assist the member in increasing top line sales and maximizing gross profit through coordination, education, training, and support. • The ROM will provide member support, training and education, while identifying front store opportunities and operational efficiencies. • Key priorities will focus on member engagement, program adoption, penetration and strategic goals as defined by senior leadership. • This is a senior role requiring experienced and credentialed professionals only. • We are looking for a retail operations specialist only.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant discipline; Business preferred • Top Tier organization, planning and time management skills • Deep understanding of pharmacy and relatable retail experience • Minimum 5 years Retail/Pharmacy management experience with strong merchandising and sales background. • Superior MS office skills • CRM experience- Salesforce experience an asset • Able to work with minimal supervision. • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive • Valid Canadian Driver’s License- • Demonstrated leadership and people skills. • Retail pharmacy and operations experience • Experience with POS and Pharmacy Management Systems • Drive to succeed, self-motivated. • Complex selling experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills mandatory • Superior project management skills- • Creative and strategic thinker
