• 7+ years of experience in HR, with 3-5 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Hold a professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, etc). • A strong track record of delivering results with HR systems, compensation, benefits, immigration, and compliance. • Experience managing HR systems, including leading implementations and integrations. • Experience designing and managing salary structures and other compensation/benefit programs that are competitive and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
