PHIL is seeking a talented and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our dynamic team • Focus on acquiring new partnerships with partner pharmacies in the U.S., driving business development efforts, and managing the full sales cycle • Proactively seek new opportunities, manage relationships, and drive results to meet our organizational goals.

Requirements

3-5+ years in business development or inside sales, preferably in healthcare or pharma • Proven success in exceeding sales targets, with strong cold calling experience (40+ per day) and navigating gatekeepers • Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting quotas, handling rejection with perseverance • Strong communication skills, with the ability to pitch and engage decision-makers effectively • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment and collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams • Familiar with G-Suite and digital tools for remote collaboration and project management.
