Description

• Responsible for designing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies. • Oversee all marketing operations, including paid advertising campaigns, digital funnel management, and lead generation efforts. • Manage a talented team, optimize marketing spend, and ensure growth objectives are met. • Help triple inbound call volume with qualified leads, increase social media following. • Oversee strategy for new client acquisition from various traffic sources. • Run ads inside Facebook ads manager (desirable but not mandatory). • Create promotional campaigns and marketing assets. • Deploy weekly email marketing with a mix of content and promotion. • Measure, analyze, and optimize digital media and prepare recommendations for improved performance. • Oversee content strategy for growing YouTube channel and social media following.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with at least 4 years of leadership experience. • Proven track record of growing an online company’s products/programs to market beyond $10 million in revenue. • 2+ years managing and developing teams in marketing and excellent project management skills. • Full-time 100 commitment - No side gigs or other consulting work. • Expert-level understanding of Facebook ads and a track record of having scaled campaigns/accounts to $500k (or more) in monthly spend - PROFITABLY - and CONSISTENTLY. • Player-coach mindset with the ability to mentor and develop junior marketers. • Possess the energy, focus, and willingness to work in a fast-growing culture. • Idea machine - able to create big ideas and hooks that captivate attention. • High proficiency in creating and using spreadsheets (Google Sheets) to analyze marketing performance. • People person - able to support, coach, and get the most out of those you work with. • Technical proficiency using various platforms. • Self-growth - voraciously consume marketing and sales-related content. • High intolerance for “average” and working with B-players.
