• Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies focusing on digital advertising. • Oversee marketing operations, including paid advertising and lead generation efforts. • Manage a talented team and optimize marketing spend to meet growth objectives. • Help substantially increase social media following and convert leads into clients.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with at least 4 years of leadership experience. • Proven track record of growing an online company’s products/programs to market (ideally service or coaching-based) beyond $10 million in revenue. • 2+ years managing and developing teams in marketing and excellent project management skills. • Full-time 100 commitment - No side gigs or other consulting work. • Expertise in Facebook ads with a record of scaling campaigns/accounts to $500k in monthly spend - PROFITABLY. • Player-coach mindset with mentoring abilities and willingness to do heavy lifting. • High proficiency in using spreadsheets to analyze marketing performance metrics. • Technical proficiency using social and digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Gmail, Asana, Slack.
