📋 Description
• Responsible for overseeing the acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction of wireless infrastructure sites. • Leading all aspects of site development and construction management teams. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, financial forecasts and budgets. • Primary point of contact, communicating updates to stakeholders and resolving any constraints to ensure successful project completion.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 7+ years of experience in telecommunications site development required. • Demonstrated experience in site development and construction management required. • Strong knowledge of land-use planning and federal, state, and local regulations. • Proven expertise in telecommunications project management and leading wireless telecommunications teams. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
