β’ As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the United States. β’ You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential partners and clients, and creating strategies to expand our reach. β’ This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and directly impact the success of our innovative sports technology solutions. β’ Key Responsibilities: β’ Identify and target new business opportunities in the professional sports and collegiate markets. β’ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including front office, coaches, fitness professionals, and athletic organizations. β’ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration goals in the US market. β’ Lead negotiations and close sales opportunities. β’ Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure customer needs align with our product offerings. β’ Represent Photon Sports Technologies at industry/trade events. β’ Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify potential new opportunities for growth. β’ Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Chief Commercial Officer.
β’ Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally within sports technology, rehabilitation, or fitness industries. β’ A strong network within the sports performance sector is a plus. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β’ Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results. β’ Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools, ideally HubSpot. β’ Passion for sports technology and a strong understanding of the industry. β’ Willingness to travel as required.
