Description

• Established in 2017, Storyblok has rapidly ascended to the forefront of the global headless CMS landscape. • Seeking an experienced Business Development Team Manager to lead the US BDR team. • Responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, mentoring BDRs, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading sales teams (4-6 years) • Experience in executing outbound sales plays, managing inbound leads, and analyzing performance • Coaching sales representatives, improve competencies and performance • Good understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) • Experience with tech stack and tools for inbound and outbound sales • Knowledgeable with US software market • Experience in software development is a plus
