Description

• As a Territory Sales Manager at Pivot Bio, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned territory, focusing on cultivating relationships with agricultural clients and promoting innovative microbial solutions. • Your role will involve strategic business planning, sales team training, territory management, conducting sales calls, recruiting and managing representatives, and executing effective prospecting strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of experience in agriculture sector with a focus on independent inputs • Proven track record of success in agricultural sales, preferably in the biotech or agribusiness industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
