Requirements

• 3+ years experience in analytics, data science, investment banking, FP&A, or rewards consulting (Aon, Compensia, FW Cook, Glass-Lewis, ISS, Mercer, WTW, etc). • Experience combining and analyzing data from multiple sources and making data-driven recommendations to others. • Advanced skill in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including scenario and forecast modeling. • Discretion and diplomacy to work on sensitive or confidential matters. • Interest in and motivation toward career growth and development. • Nice to have: Strong knowledge of equity compensation, including accounting treatments and tax implications. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Stata, SPSS, etc. • Proficiency with tools like Looker, Mode, or Tableau. • Deep/exceptional interest in any intricate or technical subject: you are genuinely passionate about something interesting to you.
