Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, preferably with a focus on security. • Demonstrated ability to manage engineering teams effectively, with a focus on technical excellence. • Effective people management skills, including strategy and goal setting, prioritization, cross-team coordination, and continuous feedback. • Broad knowledge of offensive threats, defensive techniques, and security best practices. • Proven ability to both influence and get things done within your team as well as cross-functionally across the organization.
