Description

• We are looking for a talented Art Director with a web focus to create amazing user experiences for our planful.com. • The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design along with robust systems thinking. • They should also have superior user interface design skills, a keen understanding of brand and experience working in B2B. • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks. • Help take the Planful brand to the next level for a newer enterprise minded audience. • Work with a team to execute visual design stages from concept to launch. • Create Mockups, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. • Push the Planful brand to its highest potential.

Requirements

• Demonstrable branding and graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools. • Proficiency in Figma for design and rapid prototyping. • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. • Strong EQ obtaining excellent written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills. • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. • Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies. • A humble team player who makes decisions based on what's best for the company.
