Description

• Under the direction of the Director of Political Field Operations, responsible for directing the implementation of statewide direct voter contact, engagement, education, and organizing campaigns • Actively participates in management meetings • Responsible for program outcomes and goals of the PPAM strategic plan • Supervises and manages Regional Community Organizers across the state • Works interdepartmentally within PPMI to identify and coordinate cross-departmental outreach opportunities.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant experience in Community or Field Organizing, Political Science, Social Justice and/or Community Engagement work, or related fields • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by hiring decision makers. • Commitment to advancing race(+) equity in one's work • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across differences • Commitment to Planned Parenthood's In This Together service ethos, workplace values, and service standards.
