Description

• Responsible for directing the implementation of statewide direct voter contact, engagement, education and organizing campaigns. • Actively participates in management meetings. • Responsible for supervising and managing Regional Community Organizers across the state.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant experience in Community or Field Organizing, Political Science, Social Justice and/or Community Engagement work, or related fields • Commitment to advancing race(+) equity in one's work • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across differences • Commitment to Planned Parenthood's In This Together service ethos, workplace values, and service standards.
