• Plume Health transforms healthcare for trans lives. • The Financial Controller oversees financial operations and ensures accurate reporting.

Requirements

• A strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred). • 15+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields. • Experience in healthcare or telehealth finance, with knowledge of industry-specific regulations. • Experience working with cash and insurance reimbursements as revenue lines. • Familiarity with Friendly PC model and cash flow between entities needed to minimize tax exposure. • Proven experience executing a GAAP audit with a third-party firm. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, healthcare revenue recognition, and compliance standards. • Proficiency in financial software like NetSuite, Bill.com, Ramp, and advanced Excel skills. • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue cycle management. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and handle multiple priorities. • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A). • Familiarity with telehealth billing models and regulations (DTC, FFS).
