β’ An eager Ecosystem Manager with strong communication skills and willingness to learn. β’ Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ecosystem projects. β’ Lead new ecosystem projects through the onboarding process. β’ Proactively monitor ecosystem project health with analytics and conversations. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to drive results for ecosystem projects. β’ Develop educational resources and conduct training sessions.
β’ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role, preferably within crypto. β’ Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong passion for customer success and a proven track record of building positive relationships with customers. β’ Crypto Native: You love crypto, meaning you worked in crypto or you moonlight discord and telegram communities in your free time. β’ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand and resolve complex customer issues, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs. β’ Analytical Skills: Experience using data to monitor customer health and identify potential areas for growth or improvement. β’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with customers at all levels of seniority. β’ Proactive and Organized: Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and proactive in driving customer success initiatives.
