Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Math; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. • Experience with ACOs, hospital systems, payers, and health tech. • Understanding of healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and managed care. • 10+ years in sourcing and performance managing technology partnerships. • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and market modelling skills. • Strong negotiation and influencing skills at the executive level. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership skills. • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Benefits

• Base salary range is $180,000 - $200,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. • Total rewards package includes additional components. • Individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and experience.
