Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Account Management and meeting and/or exceeding quota in the position • Proven ability to cross sell multiple products and experience selling at a B2B software company that is more a platform than point solution • Understanding of mortgage is strongly preferred • Past experience in Enterprise Saas sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interest in learning about Fintech • An entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to be an early and integral piece of a fast growing start-up • An eagerness, willingness and ability to learn about mortgage capital markets and Polly’s software offerings • Passionate about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful • Highly motivated, resilient and a tenacious passion for winning • Ability to communicate technical problems in a elegant and tactful way • Empathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
