📋 Description
• As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the product marketing strategy and GTM execution to grow the adoption of Polygon products. • You will lead and grow the PMM team, drive market positioning, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, creative, and impactful marketing campaigns. • This is a high-impact leadership role where you will directly influence the narrative and messaging that drive product success.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in Product Marketing, with 3+ years in blockchain/Web3 and 3+ years leading a team. • Understanding of deep technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear messaging. • Proven experience in GTM strategy, positioning, and market research. • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills. • Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders and drive execution.
