Description

• Complete the onboarding process and education prior to accepting pre-arranged calls (2 weeks) • Understanding customers’ needs and identify closing opportunities • Conduct pre-arranged calls in 1 hour windows, and following up on leads • Maintain schedule of availability for 15-20 calls to be given a week and an 15% booked to close ratio (equates to about 3 closes a week minimum) • Complete call confirmations for each hot lead • Answering customers’ questions and sending additional information per email, as needed • Keeping up with product and service information and updates • Complete company guidelines of tracking every lead and potential close • Attend weekly trainings and daily huddles with team manager • Staying informed about competing products and services • Uphold company standards of communication and ethics

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2C healthcare, insurance, and/or sales experience • College degree or professional certification • Must be available full-time, it is not uncommon to have client calls occur in the evenings and some weekends • Must own a smartphone and a computer with Zoom capabilities, and be proficient in using them • Have general understanding of Google Drive forms • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask • Excellent listening, conversational skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to achieve targets
