We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative insurance solutions tailored to meet the needs of our policyholders. • An Insurance Sr. Agency Relationship Manager is a crucial liaison between an insurance carrier and its independent agents. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, providing support, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field preferred. • 5+ years relationship management or sales experience. • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and products. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. • Insurance license may be required, depending on the role. • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with an insurance carrier. • Knowledge of agency management systems and insurance software. • Sales and marketing experience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
