Description

• Develop and execute staffing strategy for clients and Care Professionals. • Build relationships with Care Pros. • Provide exceptional service and actionable feedback to Care Pros. • Collaborate with Sr. Client Manager for effective care delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client or patient management or demanding customer service role. • Strong commitment to high quality care and exceptional customer service. • Flexibility and availability to respond on evenings or weekends. • Prior experience in operations and/or healthcare/homecare is a plus. • Pass a background check including a records check by the Virginia State Police.
