Description

β€’ Proactively manage the renewal process for assigned customer accounts. β€’ Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other relevant teams to identify renewal risks and opportunities. β€’ Negotiate renewal terms and pricing to maximize contract value while maintaining strong customer relationships. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. β€’ Understand customer needs, usage patterns, and business objectives to drive successful renewals. β€’ Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. β€’ Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and forecast renewal revenue. β€’ Provide regular reports and updates on renewal performance and trends. β€’ Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the renewal process. β€’ Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices. β€’ Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process. β€’ Collaborate with sales teams to pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

β€’ Relevant experience in a similar role at a AI/ML, DevOps or Data product company. β€’ 3-5 years of experience total in sales (SDR to AE to AM) β€’ Prior experience of being a successful Account Executive is required β€’ Experience with Challenger, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message preferred β€’ Proven success with renewing and growing customer base. β€’ Entrepreneurial mentality - self-starter with a strong desire to build processes. β€’ Interest in working at a hyper-growth startup in a quickly innovating space. β€’ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
