• Grow Join’s revenue in existing accounts • Develop new enterprise clients with CRE partners • Discover, assess, and validate both client and prospect needs • Design and develop solution strategies with Sales Architects • Present, demonstrate, and propose offerings • Close, negotiate, and implement win/win contracts • Continue to manage, strategize, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts • Exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives • Stay up to date regarding changes in technology
• Technology sales experience is preferred with a focus on Commercial Real Estate • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred • Existing relationships in CRE • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities • Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches • Proven track record in growing revenue and new business opportunities in CRE
