Requirements

โ€ข 2+ years of experience doing technical product support for a modern / SaaS product โ€ข Previous experience with API Development / SaaS products โ€ข Excellent client-facing skills โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills โ€ข Comfortable with technical concepts and analytical skills โ€ข Familiarity with software products, basics of networking, and REST APIs โ€ข Able to work asynchronously with a globally-distributed team โ€ข Familiarity with support platforms like Jira, Github, and Confluence
