Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred) β€’ Industry Expertise: Proactive in staying current with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates in the social media landscape, must have examples of applying this knowledge to enhance strategies. β€’ Proficiency in TikTok Shops Center: Comfort and familiarity with navigating and utilizing the various TikTok tools within their commerce suite. Must have experience in the Affiliate management system. β€’ Affiliate & Ambassador Program Experience: Understanding of the social ambassador ecosystem and proven experience in at least one sub-affiliate program; bonus points for Impact experience β€’ Client Variety: Proven track record of successfully managing social media strategies for multiple clients spanning various industries, demonstrating adaptability and versatility. β€’ Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data effectively, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and achieve client goals.
