• PowerLines is a nonprofit aiming to modernize the utility regulatory system • Lead core external engagement, partnership building, and policy analysis workstreams • Build relationships across public, private, NGO, and academic sectors • Support planning of workshops, convenings, and events • Track legislation and regulatory dockets related to utility regulation • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on utility regulatory issues • Contribute to communications and external engagement strategy
