β’ At PowerSchool, we are a dedicated team of innovators guided by our shared purpose of powering personalized education for students around the world. β’ Our Sales team serves the critical role of getting our products into the hands of our customers. β’ The Director, Sales Automation will be a dynamic and experienced leader, responsible for leading the sales automation and AI efforts in the Sales organization. β’ This role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to innovate, implement and optimize sales automation tools.
β’ Ideal target experience of 5 -10 years of CRM product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Salesforce.com and including Lightening. β’ Experience with other Sales Automation and tools preferred, such as outreach/prospecting, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, conversational intelligence. β’ Deep technical proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud, CPQ (Logik.io) and integrations with boundary applications is important, including customization, integration, and data management. β’ Strong understanding of agile development practices and experience working within a change management and project framework. β’ Ability to evaluate and prioritize solutions based on business needs and technical feasibility. β’ Excellent at explaining complex systems in simple terms to stakeholders at all levels, including conveying the value of automation to non-technical team members. β’ Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues. β’ Prior management experience preferred.
