• Lead account management and revenue expansion within existing customer base • Build executive and operational level relationships • Develop account strategy to achieve desired business outcomes • Achieve aggressive revenue retention and expansion targets within assigned accounts • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to align client’s goals with capabilities • Provide ongoing support including regular executive-level syncs and technical team engagements • Keep senior leadership informed of key issues and changes impacting business results

Requirements

• Many years cybersecurity industry experience • Tenured experience in customer facing roles including professional services • Prior customer relationship experience and account management experience • Demonstrated track record of success managing and expanding client relationships • Credible technical and subject matter expertise to operate as a true value-added partner to our clients • Prior experience presenting at the c-suite and board of director level
