Description
• Drive implementation of Precision for Medicine’s innovation program. • Build and deploy solutions that enhance operational delivery and improve efficiency. • Foster a culture of innovation to help bring new medicines to patients more swiftly. • Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative projects and initiatives. • Oversee the innovation pipeline, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. • Collaborate with external partners to leverage external expertise and resources.
Requirements
• Advanced degree in life sciences discipline or equivalent experience • Minimum of 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on innovation and research. • Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. • Experience in a CRO or similar environment is highly desirable. • PhD preferred
